Star Cruise: Deep Space Patrol is a hand-built 16-bit world that runs as a true animated wallpaper behind your icons. In attract mode it pilots your starfighter through six scored sectors and back home, the art moving to the music. Click in with Ctrl+Alt+P and it becomes a playable shooter — dodge, weave and fire through the same six sectors, with the number keys 1–6 to jump straight to any one of them. It's far more than a static space wallpaper or a looping video: it's a desktop you can actually play.
Where the patrol takes you
Asteroid Belt
Thread your starfighter through a cold blue field of drifting rock to open the run.
Nebula Run
Race through a glowing violet nebula — the signature scene of the pack.
Derelict Fleet
Pick a path through the teal-lit wreck of an abandoned armada.
Ion Storm
Push into a golden electrical storm as the pressure ramps up.
Crimson Void
The deep-red danger sector — the toughest stretch of the patrol.
